Engagement and pricing
How do engagements start?
With a free assessment. Then we send a written proposal with scope, phases, estimated timeline and price. Work starts only after you approve it.
Why don't you publish prices?
Effort varies a lot from project to project, so a generic price would be misleading. Proposals are fixed after the assessment.
Can we start small?
Yes. Splitting work into phases is usually the best way to reduce risk.
Remote delivery
Is a Brazil-based team a good fit for us?
For software and websites, location matters less than process. We work in UTC−3, document decisions in writing and ship testable increments.
Which languages do you work in?
English and Portuguese for communication; deliverables in the languages your users need.
AI and data
Can an AI assistant make things up?
Language models can be wrong. That's why we use approved knowledge, written limits, logging and human handoff.
How do you handle personal data?
Data minimization, role-based access and action logs. Responsibilities under GDPR or other laws are set out in the contract.
